Tenor Oli Griffiths is a member of The Swingle Singers and he describes performing with a group of singers, how the group get on with each other both on and off stage, how they all have their own ways of preparing for a performance and how they deal with their nerves.

He talks about both the fear and exhilaration of improvising as a group in a live performance and how they work with each other when they’re recording.
